I'm Fiona, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a financial analyst for my client, a company specializing in renewable natural resources. This is a temporary position of 12 to 18 months, with a good possibility of permanent, in hybrid mode (4 teleworking days per week).

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Participate in the complete accounting cycle
- Assists the Controller in the preparation of financial reports
- Assists the Controller in the preparation of budgets
- Assist the Controller in the month-end process
- Analyze and monitor accounts receivable
- Analyzes and monitors accounts payable
- Analyzes certain ledger accounts and makes related journal entries.
- Participates in the development and implementation of special projects;
- Prepares reports for various levels of government (GST/QST);
- Prepares bank reconciliations;
- Compiles and analyzes recovery statistics;
- Analyzes statistics and results of characterization and other data provided by the company's inspector;
- Participates in the preparation of reports to RECYC-QUÉBEC and other reports requested by various levels of government.
- Any other task requested by management.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/administration or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of advanced Excel functions
- Knowledge of the Office suite;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Knowledge of Access (asset);
- Professionalism, rigor, autonomy, sense of initiative;
