A Graphic Designer creates and produces custom images, graphics and other forms of visual media. They work with clients to design unique visuals for either personal or commercial use, and create the finished product in whatever medium the client desires. A Graphic Designer can design a logo for a new business, visual ads for large companies, custom art for individuals and all other types of projects. Graphic Designers need a strong artistic vision while also understanding technology that will allow them to create and finish visual projects. They can either work as independent freelancers working with the clients they choose, or as part of a larger company completing designing projects as needed. It is a great career for artistic people who like to work in many different mediums and styles, and who are home to working with clients to fulfill their needs.
