The Technical Advisor is responsible for providing customers with as much technical information as possible to guide them through the repair of their bus.

Main functions:

  • Answer customer phone calls;
  • Listen, analyze customer’s needs and provide detailed explainations the necessary repairs to their bus;
  • Effectively communicate with customers, shop staff and warranty staff;
  • Build customer loyalty;
  • Perform all other related tasks
