The work:
Accenture’s Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

Role Summary: As an Entry-Level to Senior-Level Technician in the Engineering & Networks job family group, you'll use your Cable Network Service Delivery & Assurance expertise to provide technical support and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Your day-to-day activities will involve performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of cable network equipment, conducting tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also:
