You are: An experienced Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Senior Analyst

As an Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Senior Analyst, your daily tasks will include:

The Work:

  • Provide AMS support for Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

  • Review, apply, and test quarterly updates for the PPM modules to ensure they remain current

  • Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.

  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of PPM functionalities.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in your local office
