Sales Development Rep
Do you have experience in customer engagement environment? Do you have experience in outbound calling? Do you enjoy interacting with potential clients? Are you always aware and in tune with the latest social media and pop culture trends? Do you want to be part of an international team?
If yes, this job is for you! We are growing a multilingual team in our Accenture team to service our global media platform client.
What will you be doing:
First point of contact in the sales process
Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
Interface effectively with potential clients
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand
Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to management
