You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling to client sites whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the software development and delivery team in creating innovative SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of SAP BTP solutions.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, platforms, and associated services, including tenant provisioning, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to manage scope, risks, and ensure project success.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance, mentorship, and solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.

• Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and innovation in software development and delivery processes.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and execution of SAP activities.

• Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP services, features, cloud technologies, and industry trends. Continuously assess and recommend new tools and practices to drive business innovation through SAP BTP.
