Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring full-time inbound service representatives! You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience in October 2024.

Shifts, Training & Work Environment:

Enjoy your weekends off with our Monday through Friday shift from 6:00am - 6:00pm EST.

Our twelve-week ONSITE onboarding and training academy empowers you to confidently connect with customers through core skills like critical thinking, decision-making and communication.

After completing our 12-week onsite training, team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home.

You will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts, depending on business needs.
