Under the supervision of the Vice-President, Organizational Development and Human Resources, the incumbent is involved in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving human resources management practices and supporting organizational growth. The advisor also plays a key role in talent acquisition, assuming responsibility for the entire process, from identifying needs to integrating new employees. He will be entrusted with a number of responsibilities, depending on his profile and complementarity within the team.

Responsabilities

  • Managing all activities of the staffing process (definition of need, posting, screening, selection interview, tests, references, employment contract, etc.);
  • Implementing proactivly recruitment practices and initiatives to promote various job openings;
  • Contributing to the digital transformation of the Human Resources department by participating, among other things, in the integration of an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensuring the optimization of this tool;
  • Identifying workforce requirements to meet the organization's operational and strategic needs;
  • Participating in drawing up annual budgets and updating them on a monthly basis;
  • Being responsible for employment equity, including gathering information, maintaining statistics, completing the annual report and implementing innovative measures adapted to the organization;
  • Advising managers on best practices in talent acquisition, as well as in the interpretation of collective agreements and legislation;
  • Promoting the employer brand, in collaboration with the communications team, by developing and implementing strategies to reinforce the company's image as an employer of choice;
  • Optimizing the induction, integration and training of new employees;
  • Participating in job evaluation, updating job descriptions and salary structure;
  • During workforce changes, participating in change management, creating action plans and acting as a change agent within the organization.
  • Drafting internal communications and optimizing information management within the company;
  • Contributing to the implementation of tools and programs to offer the best employment conditions and a unique “employee experience”;
  • Drafting, updating and contributing to the definition of corporate policies, letters of understanding and human resources management practices.
