Role description

Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs and Communications, the incumbent is responsible for the operational and strategic aspects of communications activities. The incumbent will provide support to the organization's various departments for activities with a communications impact.

Responsabilities

• Ensuring the execution of the organization's communications plan and associated strategies, while providing support in the development and realization;
• Contributing to the mobilization and coordination of essential resources and elements to carry out communications projects;
• Supporting team members in their daily tasks;
• Playing an essential role in ensuring coherent and effective communication between departments for the benefit of the organization's public affairs;
• Actively supporting departments in their public affairs activities;
• Preparing, in collaboration with the team, multi-platform communications strategies to achieve organizational objectives;
• Coordinating all writing and translation activities;
• Seting up and managing the press review;
• Collaborating with service providers and ensure compliance with mandates;
• Contributing to maintaining frank and open exchanges that enable cohesion and effective teamwork;
• Maintaining and supplying the organization's promotional material;
• Efficiently planning and coordinating events and activities in collaboration with the communications team and other departments.

• A significant experience in public relations, digital communications, marketing, social media, websites, promotional campaigns;
