What you'll do here
- Data entry into the internally developed tracking system ICMS.
- Copying, filing, scanning and organization of essential Quality documents including but not limited to:
- NDE Reports
- PWHT Reports
- Welding Procedures
- Weld Maps
- As Built drawings
- Creation of accurate as-built drawings and P&ID mark-ups.
- Coordination of NDE activities.
- The maintenance of common logs ie. Calibration, NCR, NDE certifications etc.
- Compilation of essential Quality documents to form a final Manufacturers Record Book.
- Final review of Weld Maps, Spool/Drawing History for accuracy and completeness.
What you bring to the team
- Construction industry knowledge and experience would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong reading skills
- Good computer skills MS Office
- The ability to pay close attention to detail
- The ability to work in a group setting as well as individually
- The ability to understand and interpret information
- To ability to follow correct procedures
- The confidence to liaise with Clients on occasion.
