What Is the Opportunity?

Reporting into the Supervisor, Payroll HCM, the HCM Administrator will work closely with HR, Payroll, Sites, and Pension and Benefits teams to perform a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on the integrity of HR Master Data and maintenance of employee records within SAP, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

What You'll Do Here:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely entry and maintenance of employee master data in SAP; processing new hires, employee changes, terminations, etc.
  • Verify all paperwork, forms and requests for changes to master data that are received is complete, with correct approvals and filed appropriately
  • Respond to internal inquiries from Time/Site Administrators, HR and Management regarding employee data and payroll results.
  • Responsible for loading one-time payments on a cyclical basis, which may be based on various schedules including, but not limited to, weekly, monthly, yearly etc.
  • Review audit and exception reports in conjunction with payroll processing deadlines to verify accurate data entry and maintenance
  • Support field time entry practices and inquiries
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure timely resolution to employee questions and data processing issues
  • Assist with report requests and other administrative tasks as assigned


What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience related to data entry and administration
  • Previous experience with SAP would be considered a strong asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and multitask, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work varying shifts between 8:00AM and 7:00PM
