ONxpress Transportation Partners (ONxpress) were chosen by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario (IO) to enter the Development Phase of the On-Corridor Works project the largest project in Metrolinxs GO Expansion. Unprecedented in its scale and complexity, this multi-billion dollar capital program will transform the GO regional rail network with electrification, more frequent service, shorter journey times and a more modernized system for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

As a Total Rewards Administrator you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director and Total Rewards Coordinator, including Total Rewards and payroll-related tasks.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll system updates.
  • Manage employee billing sheets, vacation tracking, and payroll documentation processing.
  • Handle new employee packages, terminations, and benefits/savings program administration.
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain organized filing systems for payroll documents in accordance with auditing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strive for continuous improvement of department processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Have the opportunity to work on HR team projects, and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Does this sound like the right move for you?

  • You bring experience in payroll data entry, preferably with SAP proficiency.
  • You have completed post-secondary education in a related field.
  • You are detail-oriented and possess strong data entry skills.
  • You are familiar in the job costing process.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • You are a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively, with punctuality and reliability.
