We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, processing, and dispatching goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, organize, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve warehouse operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for overtime as needed.
  • Forklift license considered an asset.

The expected pay range for this position is between $20/hr - $27/hr.
