We are actively seeking a highly qualified Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and documenting technical requirements, facilitating collaborative workshops, and ensuring that project objectives are effectively met. We are actively seeking a highly qualified Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and documenting technical requirements, facilitating collaborative workshops, and ensuring that project objectives are effectively met. A strong understanding of integration technologies, coupled with experience in agile methodologies, is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document technical requirements, including sequence diagrams, for new projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops to evaluate and document viable solution options.
- Participate in systems testing to verify that requirements are accurately fulfilled.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to address inquiries related to requirements, interface mapping, and test data.
- Assist the development team in creating and updating Postman collections, SoapUI test cases, and other technical documentation.
- Maintain and update Confluence pages, including the creation and revision of sequence diagrams and interface data mapping between in-scope applications and backend systems.
- Create and update Jira tickets for new initiatives and modifications to existing in-scope applications.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, including triage calls, backlog refinement sessions, and daily stand-ups, to discuss Jira stories and new initiatives.
- Support the investigation of issues in both production and test environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Robust understanding of integration platforms and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as draw.io, Miro, and/or Sparx EA.
- Extensive experience in writing technical stories, including the development of sequence diagrams and interface mapping.
- Experience with integration technologies: Mulesoft Anypoint, IBM App Connect (ACE), Apache Camel.
- Familiarity with event streaming technologies: Apache Kafka, IBM EventHub.
- Experience with messaging technologies: IBM MQ, Amazon SQS.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies: AWS, IBM.
- Experience with API technologies: Swagger, OpenAPI, SoapUI, Postman.
- Prior experience in the airline industry is advantageous.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position.
