This role drives continuous improvement in QA practices and manages large-scale changes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new technologies and processes. By balancing quality assurance and change management, the Manager supports the organization's operational excellence and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of HR digital solution deployments within the organization, aligning with QA guidelines and enterprise standards.
  • Drive improvements in HR digital practices by implementing industry & enterprise best practices, technologies, and processes to deliver high-quality, cost-effective HR digital solutions.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance to new HR digital processes or technologies.
  • Oversee aspects of the HR digital System Development Lifecycle, ensuring compliance with QA guidelines and KPIs in collaboration with HR teams and third parties.
  • Evaluate the organization's readiness for changes within HR digital, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR digital solutions.
  • Lead HR Digital deliverables' acceptance and change management tasks to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate HR digital teams for programs and deliverables, ensuring efficient team management and alignment with HR project goals.
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns related to HR digital quality assurance and change management.
  • Support the analysis and review of HR digital test scripts, coding, automation, and integration activities, focusing on the overall HR digital system architecture.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in the quality of HR digital solutions by analyzing user feedback and system defects and implementing preventive actions.
  • Assist in root cause and business impact analyses for critical incidents in HR digital, helping to implement remediation strategies that enhance HR digital services.
  • Monitor the performance of HR digital QA resources, processes, and tools across the HR system lifecycle, maintaining performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR Digital teams and Corporate IT teams to elevate HR digital QA practices, processes, and team capabilities.
  • Mentor team members to develop technical skills and capabilities in HR digital across functions.
  • Participate in Management, Operational, and Business Governance Committees related to HR digital, contributing insights and updates as required.
  • Ensure adherence to mandatory regulations and processes through governance of HR digital test activities within assigned areas.
  • Support HR Digital Training and Communication: Help develop and deliver training programs and communication plans to support HR digital change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared.
Qualifications
  • 8 years of IT technology, operations, people leadership and strategy experience in a large company ISTQB, QA.
  • Certifications in core programming languages, agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP, etc.)
  • ITIL v4 foundation or advanced.
  • A relevant University degree, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks, analyze complex data, and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
