YOUR ROLE
The Charter flights coordinator manages all charter flight operations with his team, from receiving the request to the completion of the flight. In collaboration with the flight regulation and operations departments, he organizes the flight, ensuring that the aircraft, crew, and all other required resources and equipment are in place, while complying with regulations. He participates in contract negotiations with key clients, communicate regularly with them to maintain strong relationships, ensure excellent logistics, and resolve issues or make adjustments as necessary to guarantee a smooth and efficient flight.

Requested skills

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
• College diploma in transport logistics, in the field of aviation or any other combination of training and/or experience deemed relevant. The absence of a diploma could be compensated for by greater experience.
• Significant experience in transportation coordination, logistics, and customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Ability to negotiate contracts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and highly responsible.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual (French and English).
