JOB POSTING Full-Time Receptionist/Office Assistant Start date: August 12, 2024Duties: · Responsible for managing the front desk, taking calls, and greeting visitors · Respond to email inquiries from staff and parents · Monitor who is coming into the school through our surveillance system · Manage our school support parent program · Record daily attendance · Assist and attend to student�s needs · Keep a well-organized and orderly front desk reception area · General office duties Qualifications/Conditions: · Experience in a fast-paced office environment an asset · Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills · Familiar with Google Suite, Excel · Work well in a team environment · Customer Service experience an asset · Strong multi tasking skills · Must have a police record check with vulnerability screening on file prior to starting employment · Must align with the mission and vision of ACA Hours of work: 39 hours per week, 10-month contract (school year) Monday through Thursday 8:00 am � 4:30 pm Fridays 8:00 am � 3:30 pm Compensation: Based on Experience and Training Starting rate: $18.50/hour Deadline for applications: Open until filled Please e-mail resume to our HR department: humanresources@airdriechristian.com Thank you for your interest in this position.
