Description
The Stroke and Brain Injury Support and Home Rehabilitation Teams are seeking an individual who works well within a busy and dynamic team environment. The Admin Support III role involves assisting with referral management and appointment bookings for these 2 Allied Health programs (occupational therapy, physical therapy, recreation therapy, social work, speech-language pathology, nursing) within Connect Care, helping with payroll, supply ordering, word processing, scorecard Excel spreadsheets and other general office duties. The successful candidate(s) will be self-motivated, personable, learning and quality focused with a knack for working in a busy team environment. If this is you, then we would love to hear from you!
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Diploma or certificate in Office/Business Administration or Medical Office Assistant.
Practical use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel). Connect Care training as Schegistrar with Referrals and Template Building.
