Temporary AHS housing for new employees may be available until accommodation is found. Additional benefits are available in the form of monetary compensation per the HSAA Union agreement due to the Northern location of the position. Fort McMurray Allowance: In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Fort McMurray Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $12,840. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay. Practice is primarily clinical in nature and can be tailored to your practice. Close working relationship with Nursing staff, Physicians and Allied Health in a collaborative work environment.

As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
