Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain QMS: Ensure the QMS is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP chemical processing.
  • Assist in preparation and following up on internal and external audits.
  • Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve defects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for continuous quality improvement.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions in anodizing and painting operations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance quality control in aerospace surface treatments.
  • Maintain TNM’s specification library, standards and documentation including the procedures up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality assurance with production and laboratory processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in chemical processing.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP chemical processing standards.
  • Experience in maintaining and improving a Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to stay current with aerospace standards and update the QMS for continued compliance.
  • Fluency in English is required. French is an asset.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
