Logistics Coordinator (Temporary 12 months)

This position has the overall responsibility for logistics and traffic management, customs documentation, and commercial invoicing of finished product shipments between Ansell plants, external vendors to North America (NA) region warehouses as well as coordination of internal transfers between warehouses.

Here are some of the specific responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day in-transits, delayed shipments, and priorities with the warehouses across North America.
  • Track and report on receiving transactions discrepancies, ensure weekly in-transit reporting with the associated Customer Back Orders (CBO) is calculated and transmitted,
  • Identify the top priority shipments, and follow-up with the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) concerning delayed shipments.
  • Update systems and inform the Planning and Customer Service teams on revised ETA dates.
  • Ensure that the current NA Logistics processes in place are applied.
