What you'll do

Ensure profitability of operations and steady sales growth of parts and service departments, to meet business objectives
Manage branch budget to meet financial objectives established with team, propose action plan in situations requiring adjustment;
In collaboration with existing team, develop annual business plan for each department and ensure ongoing monitoring throughout the year;
Regularly review key performance indicators for operations and address issues and opportunities;
Monitor departmental action plans or results on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure that objectives are being met;
Build strong teams and maximize the motivation and professional development of work teams;
Manage, mobilize and train departmental personnel with a view to maximizing return on human capital and maintaining a healthy work climate.
In collaboration with the HR person, participate in the hiring, training, development, mobilization and performance evaluation of branch personnel.



 What we're looking for in you

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in personnel supervision, with 3 years' experience in a management position in a related environment
You have an excellent knowledge of the truck industry;
You are customer-focused and have excellent interpersonal skills;
Leadership, proactivity, innovation and thoroughness are traits of your personality.
