What you'll do
Ensure profitability of operations and steady sales growth of parts and service departments, to meet business objectives
Manage branch budget to meet financial objectives established with team, propose action plan in situations requiring adjustment;
In collaboration with existing team, develop annual business plan for each department and ensure ongoing monitoring throughout the year;
Regularly review key performance indicators for operations and address issues and opportunities;

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in personnel supervision, with 3 years' experience in a management position in a related environment
