Job Overview Are you looking for a stimulating work environment in a dynamic team? Under the supervision of the Vice President, General Manager, the representative performs all tasks aimed at prospecting and monitoring customers under his responsibility. He oversees the planning and coordination of activities related to sales and contract monitoring and also ensures customer satisfaction.
Mandate • Represent BAULNE to customers, suppliers and employees. • Develop and maintain privileged, lasting and profitable business relationships with existing and potential customers; building owners and managers, general contractors, developers and consulting engineering firms. Expected results • Promote BAULNE’s service offering. • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. • Prospect within existing accounts to identify all business opportunities. • Provide exceptional service to clients (regular visits, annual reviews, promote the range of services). • Increase customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions. • Negotiate, develop and conclude new contracts. • Provide after-sales service. • Develop a new clientele in industrial, commercial, institutional and multi-residential (towers/condos) environments. • Plan possible installation, energy saving and maintenance projects with customers. • Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) software package. • Be autonomous, while working closely with your supervisor to define the most complex strategies and presentations. • Achieve a retention rate of nearly 100% for existing customers. • Professional involvement: Boma, IDEU, AQME, IREM, etc.
Skills profile: • 2-3 years of experience in a sales representative role • Experience in HVAC-HVAC sales (asset) • Sales and negotiation skills • Skills in interpersonal relationships and communications • Customer oriented • Sense of planning and organization • Bilingual French/English • Diploma in building mechanics (asset) • Knowledge of energy saving (asset) • Knows how to adequately qualify opportunities, reach decision-makers and obtain appointments • Dynamism and team spirit • Strive for nothing less than excellence Working conditions • Be part of a dynamic team • Phone and laptop provided • Flexible hours • Commission program • Group benefits program • Team Building activities several times a year
