The Role
As a summer student with the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT), you will gain practical experience in administrative law by supporting legal research, policy development, and tribunal processes. Your work may involve analyzing legislation, assisting counsel in judicial reviews, and developing plain language resources to improve access to justice. The CRT is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, and students may have opportunities to contribute to initiatives that enhance accessibility and fairness in the tribunal’s processes.
