By collaborating with partners like the Ministry Social Development and Poverty Reduction, Community Living BC and other specialized programs, the team supports pathways to independence, recognizing the unique and diverse journeys of each individual. This team is committed to meeting youth where they are, supporting them through their unique needs as they navigate the complexities of building toward adulthood.
