The Team
The Maples Provincial Outreach Team, is a dedicated group of 14 skilled Mental Health Clinicians and a Team Leader, who are part of the Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre Tertiary Care program. The group brings diverse clinical expertise and works collaboratively to support children and youth with severe and enduring mental health challenges, particularly in Ministry Care, other arranged care, or at risk of entering care. In this role, you will assess the community capacity and work collaboratively within the complex systems of care attached to the child/youth to identify how to optimize and strengthen existing resources. By delivering trauma-informed and culturally sensitive services, you will help reduce the impact of trauma, decrease reliance on emergency interventions, and empower support networks to foster better outcomes for children and youth. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your clinical expertise, develop strong collaborative networks, and make meaningful, far-reaching contributions that strengthen provincial systems and supports.
