The Team
The team you'll be joining is an established, dynamic group of six infrastructure specialists within the Chief Technology Office (CTO). We are a close-knit, collaborative team that thrives on working together to ensure the resiliency and stability of the Justice Sector hosting infrastructure. The Role
As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of servers that host critical systems for the Justice Sector, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and efficient. You’ll provide support and maintenance to vital middle-tier components, working with a range of mission-critical applications that have a direct impact on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of services used by citizens. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science or related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years experience with UNIX/Linux operating system internals (i.e., file systems, system calls) and with networking (i.e., routing, ESDN) or cloud systems.
- Experience operating and configuring JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Database, XML Gateway and Adobe Live Cycle Forms.
- Experience with shell scripting languages such as BASH.
- Experience with API development and integration and continuous development environments.
- Experience with J2EE Web development and applications, including Oracle and Postgres.
- Experience using Jenkins and similar continuous integration technologies.
Willingness Statement
- Willingness to work overtime and provide on-call support.
