Your Opportunity

BDO Canada is looking for a Consultant, Change Management to be part of our Digital Strategy and Advisory Team. Working from anywhere in Canada, you will play a crucial role in cascading and championing innovation across teams by supporting comprehensive change management initiatives for digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for executing specific change management tasks, supporting the development and implementation of strategies that ensure a smooth transition for end users during CRM, ERP, or HRIS rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting and deploying change management strategies.
  • Support stakeholder analysis and conduct readiness assessments.
  • Develop and update communication materials and training documentation.
  • Facilitate small-group sessions and workshops to support user engagement.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to inform ongoing change efforts.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of change management activities.

Your experience and education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in change management or a related area.
  • Basic understanding of digital transformation processes and systems like CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving project environments.
  • Additional certifications in change management methodologies are a plus.

Salary Range: $60,000 to 90,000
