Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional in Vancouver to join the US Corporate Tax Services group. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
- Provide support to a team of Partners and US Tax professionals
- Type and format correspondence, reports, or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Maintain Partners' billing records and assist with collections and processing of A/R
- Plan and organize internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings
- Perform administrative tasks related to the department's operations such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing
- Assembly of U.S. corporate tax returns and assembly and printing of tax forms
- Other administrative duties as required including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier as required by professional staff and Partners
- Perform other duties as assigned

Your experience and education
- You have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- You are a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with confidential information
- You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adhere to deadlines
- You display strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- You have the ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with added value for familiarity with Microsoft CRM, and Workday.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
- You have the ability to work extra hours as required
Salary range is between 56,000 to 73,000 CAD
