Your Opportunity

As the Senior Manager of the Change Management Office (CMO) within the Innovation & Change (I&C) team, your role is pivotal in driving successful adoption of organizational changes using the Prosci ADKAR methodology. You will provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to Change Management professionals, ensuring comprehensive and consistent application of established methodologies across initiatives and projects. Your leadership will facilitate smooth transitions, maximize stakeholder engagement, and minimize disruption to the organization's operations. This is how you can be successful:

Lead and Develop the CMO:

  • Oversee and continuously enhance the established structure, roles, and responsibilities within the CMO.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing change management team, conducting regular performance reviews, and promoting continuous professional development.


Strategic Change Management and Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to the established Prosci ADKAR methodology, standards, and best practices across all change initiatives.

  • Maintain governance frameworks for managing change initiatives, ensuring processes are consistently applied and risks are effectively mitigated.

  • Regularly review methodologies based on feedback and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.


Portfolio and Initiative Oversight:

  • Oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource capacities.

  • Assess change impacts across initiatives, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.

  • Provide strategic support and guidance to Change Managers, particularly in managing complex, high-stakes initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders, project sponsors, and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communications across diverse audiences.

  • Act as the key liaison between the CMO, PMO, communications team, leadership teams, and other organizational units.


Resource and Capacity Management:

  • Collaborate closely with business and functional leaders to ensure the optimal allocation of resources.

  • Monitor team capacity and workload, adjusting resource assignments and initiative priorities as needed to support successful change outcomes.


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track effectiveness and impact of change initiatives.

  • Provide regular, insightful reports to senior leadership on progress, risks, mitigation strategies, and outcomes.

  • Conduct audits and assessments to refine future change management efforts continuously.

Your Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Change Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.

  • Prosci certification required.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex matrix environments, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder interests.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Executive level Stakeholders and managing expectations.
