Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Analyst, HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and other related modules, as well as a deep understanding of business processes, system configurations, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). This position will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday solutions to support the organization's HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and maintenance of Workday HCM, including modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Talent, and Compensation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions within Workday.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support for day-to-day Workday operations and system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, including functional and regression testing, to ensure system stability and accuracy.
- Manage Workday releases and updates, ensuring successful implementation of new features, patches, and upgrades.
- Perform data analysis and audits to ensure data integrity and maintain system compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to end users and ensure a smooth transition for new system functionalities.
- Support with design and generation of reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.
- Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise and external systems.
- Create, prepare, and load Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files as needed to support mass updates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM and provide guidance on best practices and solutions for process optimization.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to address complex system issues or specialized requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure best practices are followed.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with internal standards.
- Research and keep up to date on new Workday functionality to make recommendations for adoption road map.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM with a strong understanding of modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent/Performance Management, Absence Management, Learning & Development, and Reporting.
- Proven experience with Workday configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Workday certifications (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday Reporting) are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Workday releases, testing, and data migration.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to lead and deliver complex Workday HCM initiatives on time and within scope.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
