As an Accounting Technician, you will play a key role by managing all accounting operations, from purchasing management and accounts payable to month-end entries. Each week will bring new challenges and a variety of tasks, ensuring a rich and dynamic experience within a company that constantly pushes boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchases necessary for production as well as all required supplies.
- Create and manage supplier accounts, including account openings, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and monthly reports.
- Track materials using physical inventory and accounting for stock movements.
- Optimize IT procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures and regulations.
- Understand and apply quality system rules related to production, including SQF and other standards.
- Assist in preparing delivery notes, purchase orders, and inventory slips as needed.
- Support payroll management when necessary.
- Perform all other related tasks as needed by the team.
