Most of your sales efforts will involve direct, door-to-door interactions with potential clients in the Lower Mainland Vancouver region, making strong interpersonal skills and persistence crucial for success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate adeptness in effectively marketing residential HVAC equipment.
- Conduct proficient in-home sales interactions that cater to customers' specific requirements.
- Inspect, evaluate, and assess existing HVAC and/or water heating systems, while concurrently proposing recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
- Generate comprehensive pricing, proposals, and contracts, also contributing to the coordination of projects and maintaining customer correspondence as needed.
- Engage in negotiations to secure sales, adeptly conveying the advantages and merits of the proposed solutions to customers.
- Handle documentation, facilitate payment procedures, and respond to post-sales enquiries.
- Seek reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
- Perform any other related duties.
