The incumbent is responsible for the practice of transformation process management, as well as the maintenance and evolution of the company's business processes to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
He/she directs the activities and resources required to achieve the objectives of his/her mandate, from planning to implementation. In collaboration with department managers in all business sectors, he works to keep business processes up to date.
A strong influencer, he or she is able to rally teams around optimal ways of doing things through documented business decisions. The Process Manager is responsible for promoting best practices in process management and ensuring their evolution through documentation, integration, application and acceptance of different approaches and methodologies by his teams and the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Establish global and individual objectives for each team member, in line with the objectives established at IT and Belron levels.
- Mentor team members and advise them on the challenges of delivering their initiatives.
- Carry out diagnostic reviews of various customer/user experiences, business and administrative processes.
- Gap analysis: document studies, interviews, synthesis and reporting of results.
- Document business processes and related improvements in an As-is, to-be, fit-gap format
- Plan, organize and lead workshops related to the business area.
- Define standard processes (procedures, guides, models): lead working groups, test practices with pilot teams, set up a methodological repository.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost savings through process modeling.
- Lead, plan, organize, deploy and support process optimization projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar role of process optimization leadership
- Ability to supervise, coach and transfer knowledge to team
- Experience in personnel management and business acumen developed
- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Agility and comfort in adapting to change.
