Join us as a Pricing and Commercial Strategy Technician and be part of a team at the heart of the company's strategic and commercial decisions.
The Pricing and Commercial Strategy Technician plays a key role within the team. With technical expertise, the commercial technician is responsible for executing price maintenance and providing internal customer service for price-related questions. The role also includes data entry as well as updating and maintaining various reports from the revenue management and commercial strategies department. In this sense, they ensure the maintenance, integrity, and development of these dashboards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Price Maintenance and Internal Customer Service
- Perform price maintenance using available tools
- Provide internal customer service for price-related questions.
Report Development and Production
- Develop and produce various sales and profitability reports for business partners.
- Ensure the maintenance and integrity of information shared via dashboards.
Data Entry
- Maintain various data necessary for the needs of the revenue management and commercial strategies department.
REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma in a related field.
- Bilingual in oral and written (French/English).
- Ability to work with multiple software, databases, and information sources (SQL, AS400, Power BI).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel: complex formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, multivariable charts.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in creating visually appealing reports.
- Basic SQL programming (a plus).
- Comfortable handling databases.
- Demonstrate rigor and precision.
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities to meet the job requirements within deadlines.
- Ability to maintain constructive interpersonal relationships focused on collaboration and teamwork.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
