Description

YOUR MISSION
- Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment
- Supervise the team under your responsibility.
- Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)
- Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators.
- Operate the mixer to mix concrete;
- Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer;
- Overlook the smooth operation of all operations;
- When needed Perform quality control tests;
- Operate the loader if required;
- Perform all other tasks when required.
YOUR DNA
- Being comfortable with various IT software;
- Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset)
- Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate whit employees and customers ;
- Class 3 driver’s license (an asset).
OUR OFFER

- Base salary of $27.50 and will be increased by a quarterly bonus program;;
