Customer Service Representative

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Reporting Relationship: Reporting directly to the Branch Operations Manager

The Customer Service Representative supports the service team by managing technician schedules and coordinating all inspections and service calls. They will also work with the sales team and provide support in scheduling larger-scale projects. This individual will display a high level of organization and time management while remaining adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the service industry. The successful candidate will contribute to office efficiency and increase communication between the service and sales teams.

What you will do:

• Answer all incoming calls and provide administrative support to the team.

• Communicate upcoming service appointments to customers.

· Scheduling Service calls and Inspections with technicians.

• Manage service technician schedules, including managing timecards.

• Assist with Safety documentation and training.

• Provide support and manage day-to-day administration tasks.

What you need to be successful:

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service position

• Experience in Automotive would be considered an asset.

• Comfortable with using technology for most day-to-day functions, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Critical thinking, strong analysis, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Valid 5F driver's license and own transportation to and from work.
