Marketing Coordinator

Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Account Manager - Team Lead

Job Summary:

Birchwood is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our media team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction by nurturing relationships, providing solutions to all clients’ needs and coordinating the execution of dealership marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and works with a great sense of initiative. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the internal resources of the Marketing team to organize and execute marketing efforts by our group of dealerships.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with dealerships and internal media team to create and maintain long-term relationships, and support the marketing of the Sales, Parts, and Service departments.

• Create reports ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Including but not limited to lead performance, website performance, marketplace effectiveness, and online reputation.

• Test routing of leads from websites to CRM

• Functional knowledge of CRM for tracking and reporting.

• Project management through the ticketing system. Multi-tasking time-sensitive projects from input to implementation.

• Collection and summary of marketing expense accounts as required.

• Support with backup documentation for dealership Co-op initiatives

•Other duties/special projects as required

Qualifications:

• Proven record of building strong client relationships and understanding of agency processes

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail

• Dynamic self-starter that can work with efficiency & speed

• Education and experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive or related studies

• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

• Proficiency with Office 365 software (SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, Outlook, Office Suite)

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM, AI applications

• Valid 5F drivers license, clear drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work
