Production Administrator

Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Director.


Location: Centralized Positions, Located on Regent Ave


Job Summary: The Production Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the production manager within the Collision Centre operations. The successful candidate is responsible for balancing work orders with MPI, ensuring all data entered is consistent and matches MPI estimates, managing sublet repairs with our external vendors, and capitalizing on all income opportunities. This position offers a comprehensive training ground for candidates seeking to build a career path in the collision industry.


Qualifications:

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• Administrative experience is an asset

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities

• Collision estimating background is an asset

• Valid Class 5F drivers license, clean drivers abstract, and own transportation to and from work is required
