Service Consultant

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

The Service Consultant is responsible to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers. Using industry-leading technology and software, our luxury-market expert will help customers understand the value of investing in their vehicles, effectively communicate the timeline of repair and maintenance, and follow-up with calls, e-mails, and in-store customers. The chosen candidate will also efficiently schedule services and repairs while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious and dedicated to enhancing the Lexus brand.

Shift Details: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• Previous Service Consultant/Advisor experience is an asset

• Ensure the proper completion of all work orders, invoicing and relevant internal paperwork

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Comfortable leveraging technology for most day to day functions

• Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged

• High attention to detail, proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to work are required
