Location: Steinbach, Manitoba
Reporting Relationship: The Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Manager is a key partner contributing to the overall success of the dealership. The successful candidate is responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue, and productivity in the service department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires leadership experience as the Service Manager works with a team consisting of Service Consultants, Technicians, and Detailers and requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, sales experience, and organizational skills.
The Service Manager is an integral member of the management team and is required to collaborate with all stakeholders, including other departments within the dealership, to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of Service Management or equivalent
• Experience delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership skills and ability to successfully mentor team members
• Strong technical knowledge and extensive practical experience in vehicle repairs is required
• Exceptional communication skills (in person, on the phone, email, and written)
• High attention to detail, proven time management, and organizational skills
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record Check
• Valid Class 5F driver’s license, and clear drivers abstract
