Angular Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead – Angular to join a passionate team and play a pivotal role in this digital transformation. You will be at the core of the product’s evolution, working closely with an experienced architect and a skilled team to design a modern and agile web platform.

• Work with the architect to make strategic decisions about the product’s technological evolution.
• Design and develop modern web user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Actively contribute to modernizing the architecture using new frameworks while optimizing existing foundations.
• Share your knowledge with team members to help them upskill in new technologies.
• Drive innovation by proposing technical solutions that ensure platform scalability and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a future team of developers in a technical leadership role.

• Expertise in web development with over 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years with Angular.
• Strong skills in Web APIs (REST, OpenAPI) and a solid understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD).
• A collaborative mindset and critical thinking skills to challenge architectural decisions.
• A strong ability to learn and share knowledge with others.
• An open-minded and proactive approach.
• Full-stack experience is a plus, but strong frontend expertise with some backend knowledge is acceptable.
• Fluid in French and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) to support clients located outside Quebec.
