IT Technician level 1-2

We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join a dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in providing daily user support and managing IT equipment. If you are ready to take on new challenges and contribute to innovative projects, we would be delighted to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for existing IT tools.
• Handle technical support for various applications and hosted solutions within the office.
• Install, configure, and ensure compliance of diverse IT equipment.
• Train and onboard new employees on the company's systems and technologies.
• Manage and prioritize technical support requests from users, in collaboration with external partners.
• Keep the IT equipment inventories up to date, organize office setup plans, and assist in purchasing equipment.
• Create and maintain user procedures and guides for internal use.
• Perform any other tasks needed to ensure optimal IT support.

Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support.
• Degree in IT (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Strong knowledge of mobile devices (asset).
• Basic knowledge of telephony (an asset).
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Independence, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written).
