The Opportunity: As a representative of Branksome Hall, the Admissions Associate plays an integral role in admissions, promoting the school and engaging with prospective students and their families. As a member of the Admissions Department, the Admissions Associate responds to inquiries, and conducts tours, interviews and assessments. In addition, the successful candidate supports the planning and execution of admissions events, updates all applicant files and provides input to the selection of applicants. As a dynamic and collaborative contributor, they will support the Admissions team through data and file management, report and list generation using the school�s Student information System (BlackBaud). The Admissions Associate will support the creation of newsletters and promotional materials that showcase Branksome Hall through our values, strategic objectives and priorities to prospective families. At ease engaging with students, the successful candidate will support our Student Ambassador Programs. Candidate Profile As the ideal candidate, you hold a degree or related college certificate, along with three years� related experience supporting admissions in an educational setting. Familiarity with and understanding of the International Baccalaureate and an all-girls learning environment would be considered an asset. With a positive, can-do approach, you bring a strong customer service orientation and enjoy working collaboratively with a range of constituents, including prospective and existing parents, students and teachers. You build rapport with ease and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Technically savvy, you have advanced knowledge of databases with a willingness to learn new systems as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Suites and other software.
