We carry out the plating of our lures in our modern and secure facility located on Roy Street in Sherbrooke.
Renowned in the fishing industry, our high-quality plating in genuine gold and silver ensures durable and visually appealing products, highly valued by enthusiasts and professionals alike.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for a candidate who will start in our production area to learn the principles of how we prepare the lures to be plated. The candidate will then begin learning the principles of electroplating which will become their main job.
The ideal candidate will be open to learning, be very attentive to details, and can work efficiently in a production environment.
Some basic knowledge of chemicals is appreciated but not required.

Requirements:
- No prior electroplating experience necessary
- Ability to follow precise instructions and adhere to safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift racks of parts and move them between tanks
Responsabilities
- Operate and maintain electroplating equipment
- Prepare surfaces before plating (cleaning)
- Monitor plating baths and adjust chemical composition as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Follow safety protocols and handle chemicals responsibly
- Maintain records of plating processes, including solution maintenance and production
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Help other employees prepare lures for plating as needed
