Bromont is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who wants to experience a Mountain of Experiences.

Under the responsibility of the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will ensure the proper management and smooth operation of all customer service-related activities.

Phew! It sounds very serious (and it is), but you should know that it all takes place in the heart of a natural, enchanting site, constantly connected with enthusiastic people and in perfect work-play balance.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… First and foremost, bringing out the best in a wonderful team that impresses us every day, but also:

  • Supervising, training, and motivating your team… you know, like a true inspiring mentor
  • Supporting the employees under your responsibility in performing their duties
  • Following up on voicemail and email messages
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the department… because the more, the merrier, the more guidance we need
  • Checking and balancing the cash registers and closing the day

WHAT YOU HAVE UNDER YOUR HAT

We are looking for a personality who loves people, challenges, and creativity. We need you to always see the undergrowth that hides the forest, to constantly seek to climb the slope of your knowledge, and to surf through work with joy in your eyes.

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position… But if it’s in another role and we go “Wow!” when we discover it, we’ll keep you
  • Proficiency in the Office suite
  • Exceptional customer service and priority management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure… More on multiple tasks simultaneously than in front of a snow cannon
  • Comfortable with technology and the web
  • Excellent written and spoken French, functional English
