We are looking for an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Can-Am On Road R&D Director to support the engineering team. In this role, you will have a big impact to support the growth of the organization. You will be at the forefront of supporting R&D teams in the development of our new motorcycles, Spyders and Rykers. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Offer administrative support to organize and document in some cases events, meetings, agendas of Can-Am On Road engineering team, project managers and director
  • Coordinate and organize business travel and complete expense accounts
  • Organize and coordinate a few events per year for the team. 
  • Prepare arrival of new employees (access requests, requests for computer equipment, transmit the culture of the company, respond to various requests)
  • Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share work methods
  • Support the management of some financial reporting
  • Prepare and process various requests (order, IT and others)

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Training in administration, secretarial or other related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point) and the Google suite
  • Very good knowledge of French, both oral and written
  • Able to speak and write in english with various employees from outside Québec and few monolingual English speaking team members on a daily basis.
  • Good decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Essential organizational and autonomous qualities
  • Good team spirit, resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
  • Discretion and professionalism
