DOO Studio is BRP’s global internal creative and production studio. Composed of multidisciplinary content production experts, DOO Studio supports BRP’s portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channel content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation.
DOO Studio is looking for a Bilingual Marketing Copywriter reporting to the Content Adaptation Team Lead, in the DOO Studio; your role is to create high-quality and concise marketing copy in both English and French. You will work on a variety of projects with a dynamic team of project coordinators and in-house creative talents. Your role is a key contributor to the organization’s vision to scale our internal creative services to provide agility and efficiency to this growing department.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Write and edit short-form marketing copy for promotional campaigns, landing pages, social media, and other marketing content.
Generate high volumes of copy with a focus on quality, speed, and accuracy.
Ensure consistency of messaging and tone of voice in both languages across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease, efficiency and deadline-consciousness.
Work closely with marketing coordinators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Utilize AI tools to assist with content generation, ideation, and editing processes, ensuring maximum productivity.
Translate and/or proofread content with a sharp eye, ensuring syntax and grammatical accuracy.
Efficiently archive content produced.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Fluent in both English and French with exceptional writing skills in both languages - spoken, written and the ability to translate from English to French and vice-versa. Proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Language, Translation Studies or a related field.
2 years of experience as a copywriter/translator in a high-velocity environment creating content for digital marketing purposes.
Familiarity with and interest in leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to streamline the content creation process and optimization.
Highly collaborative and a team player, with a flexible and dynamic personality that thrives in a growing department.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside other creatives and build a strong relationship with Content Project Coordinators.
Strong attention to detail, aiming to deliver consistent quality content at all stages of a project, with an open mind to receive feedback and quickly adapt copy accordingly.
Autonomous, able to work independently with minimal oversight in the creative process.
The capacity to work on many projects at once with tight deadlines. Effective time management, deadline-oriented and multitasking skills.
