Description
We are looking for a business analyst whose mission will be to help the organization achieve its financial objectives by managing the entire order book of our dealers until delivery. As a key player at the heart of our operations, this role will give you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the customer experience and the company’s revenue.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
Manage, analyze, and optimize the order-to-delivery process to ensure efficient and timely execution.
Work closely with various cross-functional teams to keep our dealers at the center of our priorities while achieving BRP’s financial objectives.
Play a strategic role in inventory positioning to ensure that orders are delivered to the right place, at the right time, and to the right dealer, thereby supporting their sales and influencing our market share.
Develop decision-making tools to better understand and assess key operational challenges and influence organizational decisions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our business unit while proposing solutions to improve results.
Actively participate in various continuous improvement projects, always prioritizing the customer experience and dealer satisfaction.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Strong analytical skills, data management, and intellectual curiosity
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or mathematics
Mastery of SQL, Snowflake an asset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Bilingualism: French is mandatory, English is an important asset as we are in regular contact with the English-speaking sales force.
